Jhasmun Crutcher
MSN, APRN, Family Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified
Jhasmun Crutcher is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the medical field.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington in Arlington, TX and her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University in Minneapolis, MN in 2016. She is certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Jhasmun has experience in the areas of Medical/Surgical, Pre-Operative and Intra-Operative services in the hospital setting, as well as Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Women’s Health and Psychiatry. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, tending to her succulent garden, volunteering in the community, and educating future nurses.
She has received specialized training in the management of Morbid Obesity and Medical Weight Loss Protocols.

Freda McKelvey
MSN, APRN, Family Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified
Freda Morris McKelvey is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and a Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelors of Science Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, in Nacogdoches, Texas and her Master of Science Degree at the University of Texas, Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Freda has over thirty years of nursing experience, and became a Nurse Practitioner in 2004. Over the years, she has practiced in Adult Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Acute Long-Term Care, Acute Care of hospitalized patients, Chronic Care, as well as, patients with Anxiety and Depression Disorders. She has received training in the management of Morbid Obesity and Medical Weight Loss Protocols.
She received her License in Belief Therapy from the Therapon Institute, Merrero, LA. A Belief Therapist uses the faith-based lie-versus-truth counseling technique based on the premise that people do what they do, because they believe what they believe. She has also received a certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from Udemy Inc Academy of Modern Applied Psychology. She is a certified Mental Health First Aider. She became an Ordained Minister through Aenon Bible College. She is Certified Anger Resolution Therapist.
She is passionate about helping people reach a place where they can live their best lives and to live the life that God intended.
